Leigh Hunter's book is another great natural guide to getting rid of yeast infections and staying infection-free.

Leigh's approach is definitely holistic - not one dose and you're cured! She helps the reader understand why they got (or keep on getting) a yeast infection in the first place, and offers effective ways to treat it and prevent it happening again.

Leigh not only leads you through cures, but identifies some external factors and lifestyle factors that trigger your yeast infections.

Cure Yeast Infection Fast is a holistic four step program. Leigh deals with crucial factors such as diet, clothing, changing your approach to medications, and rethinking your lifestyle and contact with external irritants. She talks about foods you should avoid, foods you should encourage and natural remedies as well as the external details in great detail.

This is a great book, and one that I recommend every woman have access to. It's a total rethink on yeast infections and how you manage them, and it does it in a natural and safe manner.

I was truly impressed, and I think you will be too. It's a helpful resource for treating and managing yeast infections.
