Lori Winders created this
recipe book for people suffering from yeast
infections.
She suffered from candida
herself and created a diet for herself and her family that
would keep them all free of yeast overgrowth and full of
energy.
Of course, she wanted to be
sure her husband and children would actually want to eat her
food, so her recipes are their favorites - only
healthy!
In her book Lori explains how
we get a yeast infection and the awful physical problems we get
from the overgrowth of yeast. She explains that the food
we eat every day can
provide an environment in which yeast can flourish.
Enter her book, which shows us how to eat every day so that
yeast do not flourish.
It's not so hard to do once
you figure it out. Fortunately, Lori has already figured
it out for you, and provided the information in Yeast Free
Cooking. One of Lori's bonuses is a
shopping guide, so you can even get started fast.
As well as delicious recipes
Lori provides a very handy substitution list. So
no matter what you're cooking you can substitute
yeast-free foods for the dangerous ones.
Yeast
Free Cooking comes as a
downloadable e-book in PDF format. Almost
all computers already have a PDF program, so
downloading is easy. I suggest printing the book out
and putting it in a three-ring binder so it lies open flat
on your kitchen counter.
Lori gives some great
bonuses with this book. Firstly, a handy shopping guide
you can take to the store with you and easily avoid food
traps. She will also send you a regular ezine with new
recipes and tips. Plus another downloadable book with
yeast-free crockpot recipes.
It's a great book, and so
worth it to get your family's health on track. You can
even start tonight if you want to!
