Yeast Free Diet

Mouth yeast infection cures

Yeast is a single-celled fungal organism that normally lives in the bowel.  It ferments sugar and produces carbon dioxide.  Normally its numbers are kept in check, but in certain situations it can proliferate and produce an overgrowth in the body.

A yeast free diet is important because overgrowth can occur when there is too much dietary sugar, and when the body is in a state of lowered immunity.

Overabundance of yeast can cause sick feelings, bloating, fuzziness in the mind and other symptoms.  It can also manifest as a yeast infection on the skin, under the fingernails, in the mouth, in and around the vagina and in and around the penis.

A yeast-free diet is important for those diagnosed with a yeast infection such as candida albicans or tinea.

The diet must be followed for about 4-6 weeks.  For complete eradication of the candida and the yeast infection symptoms the diet, along with supplements and therapies, may need to be followed for a longer period of time.  See Yeast Infection No More for the best program to get rid of the yeast infection, and the best yeast free diet.

Often when the yeast cells die off toxins are released into the body. This die-off period is sometimes accompanied by a general feeling of unwellness or a worsening of symptoms. If this occurs ensure that you drink at least 2 litres of filtered or bottled water a day.

It is always worth having guidance when getting rid of toxins.  Yeast Infection No More is the best plan we’ve found for this.  What’s more, Linda Allen, the author, includes free consultations with the purchase of the book.
